After discussion and questions about esthetic goals, it was decided that tooth whitening and replacement of old dental work, as well as a new crown would give the best results. This patient was thrilled after even the temporary phase, and the final results are dramatic. She is no longer afraid of smiling and showing off her new great looking smile.
