I DON’T WANT TO SMILE
This patient presented to Dr. Boulard with unsightly and failing old dental work. After discussion and questions about esthetic goals, it was decided that tooth whitening and replacement of old dental work, as well as a new crown would give the best results. This patient was thrilled after even the temporary phase, and the final results are dramatic. She is no longer afraid of smiling and showing off her new great looking smile.
Emergency Trauma Rehabilitation*
This adult patient had trauma from an accident. The upper incisor teeth in particular were heavily damaged, which necessitated emergency root canals and bonding performed at Something To Smile About in Merrimack, NH. From there, Dr. Boulard and his team conducted a two-step process for installing dental crowns as both a cosmetic and restorative solution, starting with temporary crowns followed by permanent crowns. After the final crowns were placed, the patient returned to having clean, white smile — with no evidence of trauma to be seen.
After an accident, emergency root canals and bonding were done during the first visit. Then, teeth were prepared for temporary crowns and then final crowns.

I’m getting Married next month!*
This patient presented to Dr. Boulard with cosmetic concerns of a previously injured tooth that turned dark. She had a wedding coming up and was wondering what could be done to fix the color. A crown was chosen as the best treatment to improve the esthetics and support the delicate tooth structure underneath. Due to the time constraints, Dr. Boulard’s lab actually made 3 different crowns for her, and the best one was chosen. This is very hard to do in one try in such short amount of time. Nice job by all involved. Our patient was thrilled, and we wish you the best in your future.

tooth repair with a crown*
This gentleman had a very large filling. The outside of his tooth has several fracture lines. This tooth has previously broken, and if this last part breaks, he could loose his tooth. He chose to have a crown made to prevent this from happening. Now his tooth is strong and he doesn’t have to worry about it breaking in the future.
Tooth is breaking down.
